A group of 25 leading travel agents from Germany arrived in Sri Lanka on November 15, via UL554 on a familiarization tour, organized by House of Travel Pvt. Ltd (HOT) in association with PATA German Sector who organized the FAM Tour.
“These Travel Agents are here to attend the ground work in bringing over 1,000 high-end tourists during the upcoming season,” said Nalin Malwenna Managing Director of HOT Travels.
He said they will be shown the best locations in the country such as The Central Hills Kandy, Upcountry, Wild Life at Yala and Beautiful Beaches of the South, this is in order to accomplish their mission to attract high end tourists from Germany. The tour group will address the Media on November 20 and will leave on November 21.
