House of Travels & Tourism (H.O.T), one of the leading Destination Management Companies (DMC) in Sri Lanka recently concluded the first US conference group after the pandemic. Accordingly, H.O.T hosted the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) for a group of 200 American guests coming from all parts of the USA to attend a series of conferences, excursions, and personal tours, conducted from the 8th of April to 15th April.

Renewal Group of US-occupied around 100 rooms at Cinnamon Grand Hotel in Colombo. Simultaneous meetings, conferences, and events were held each day. The guests arrived and departed on multiple flights in which all the transfers were arranged and completed by H.O.T.

House of Travels & Tourism kicked off the event with 3 full-day conferences followed by personalized tours, VIP tours as well as excursions.

The guests were thrilled with the extraordinary planning and flawless execution of the entire event by H.O.T, the entire logistics plan was handled in such a manner that each and every one of the 200 guests returned back to their homes with jubilant memories of Sri Lanka. As with any well-executed event, the conference provided time for fun & time to explore offerings for groups and meetings, which also included valuable off-site networking opportunities.
